- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Staff are nice but only 2 counters so really long line ups. Additional staff in their offices on computers but doesn't help the in store customer - perhaps give them the option to help counter customers at the busiest times. I'm a Premier customer and no obvious option to speak with a premier representative without booking ahead either. Come on HSBC - help your branches and their customers out....your staff are doing their best but you've got to provide them with the infrastructure to help their customers.
