  I was in the camera section today and this tall blonde haired guy helped us out he was super into cameras and gear and helping people learn... What a nice change of pace from other stores where employs pretend not to work or know anything about the department they work in. It's to bad your store doesn't carry any fluid head tripods as I really wanted one and when you think camera you think London Drugs. I ended up having to go over to Best Buy where the employ working in the camera department didn't speak enough English to help find what I was looking for and was only able to use a smart phone app not her eyes or brain so I was left to figure things out for myself after being told by the non-english speaking employ they don't have a fluid head tripod in stock on the floor... I found the sales sample and over 10 more in stock but hey I don't work here or have an inventory app in my pocket but I do speak English. I really don't even want to buy it with service so poor they don't even speak English I really wish I could some how still buy what I wanted from London Drugs, some things like service are just not the same.
