  I had Hub insure a houseboat that I owned. The policy was effective July 6th 2019. I first asked that the policy be cancelled on the 23 of August and be effective date August 22 2019. The cancellation form that I finally received on the 5th of September and was returned that same date. Phone calls have been made to the office in Vancouver on various dates but I am still waiting for a refund. The person who I have been dealing with is Sarmara Doucet who is now on holidays. I feel that I have been patient long enough and want some action on this matter. I will also expect a full refund of the moneys paid ($1228.00) due to the extremely poor service I have had from Hub Insurance. I have used Hub for many years for my home and auto insurance and am disapointed in this issue. The policy number is BEA435578. My home phone number is 250 545-5297
