  Exceptional service. I was looking for a specific frame and I had called ALL the optometry stores in Chilliwack and Abbotsford, Iris Chilliwack was the only store who would order the glasses for me, with a no obligation to buy if I didn't like the way they fit. Rebecca was the one who helped me, amazing customer service. I can't stress enough about this place as I called over 20 stores and Iris was the only one who would order them inform me, let alone not follow through with the sale if I didn't like it. Don't go anywhere else other than here! 5 stars!

  My family and I, are (were) regular Patients/customers of IRIS. The office as well Dr.Laudadio know that we spare no expense when it comes to our eyes. They very well know what I mean by that… I do not usually post comments on the web but this morning’s “treatment” received by the IRIS office here in Chilliwack is worth posting and here is why. I had previously (9 days ago) scheduled a 9:15 AM appointment to see Dr. Jonathan Laudadio. My 9:15 AM appointment arrived alone with a heavy snow fall but I was able to keep my appointment, arriving at 9:00 AM. Upon my arrival was informed that due to the weather Dr. Laudadio would be late. I express my sympathy and understanding for their business interruption and was willing to wait since the Dr. was late, but on his way. For me was important to be first in line to see the Dr. since I had to go to work after that. Followed my morning scheduled appointment, a family of 5 also had a scheduled appointment to see him after me, but the staff wanted to change mine so the group of 5 and others in line would not have been inconvenienced by rescheduling them. I guess changing my appointment was much easier for them than phoning and informing everybody else for the delay. Too much work since their day was full. I found this totally unprofessional, unacceptable considering I had to go to work after the visit. Also I found it discriminatory. I cancelled my appointment and left their office upset. The greed of them losing business by changing the others appointments and the way I was treated make me and my family of three (NOT FIVE) look elsewhere for another Doctor. Sorry Dr. Laudadio.
