- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The older lady working there is completely useless. She has little knowledge of transferring policies from one vehicle to another and is impolite and impatient. It took me over 40 minutes to get a simple policy transferred and then ended up giving me the wrong coverage. Needless to say I went elsewhere the next day to correct her mistakes. InsureBC in Sardis took care of all my needs politely, quickly, and without making me feel like I was a bother.
